The Tier 1 Upgrade is based on the culmination of years of upgrading hundreds of KWA's and finding the best parts selections available for long term durability and performance. The Ronin T10 and TK.45 from KWA have proven highly popular among players, but the best never rest - which is why I have designed several upgrade options to dramatically improve the performance of your rifle. The Tier 1 Upgrade aims to improve all facets of the rifle: accuracy, efficiency, durability, and trigger response.
The heart of the gun - the piston - is upgraded with the still undefeated CYMA FMR piston, which is AOE corrected and the full metal rack epoxied to acheive the best durability. The stock heavy unported aluminum piston head is also replaced with the lightweight Lonex POM piston head, which is a ported design that helps to improve air compression. This is paired with the excellent Lonex double o-ring cylinder head and a 70D Gen. 2 AirPad for AOE correction and impact reduction.
An ASG Neodymium magnet motor offers powerful magnets, larger Systema-sized motor brushes and CNC end bells for improved heat dissipation. This is a great quality traditional brushed motor design that is affordable. Alternatively, the current pinnacle of motor technology is the Warhead brushless motor. This offers unparalleled efficiency, low amp draw and superior cooler performance. This is the perfect motor for heavy trigger spamming.
When equipped with a Gate TITAN Advanced electronic trigger unit, a MAXX CNC tuneable flat trigger is standard equipment. This is a user-adjustable trigger that allows you to set the amount of over-travel. Using the adjustable trigger sensitivity on the TITAN you can fine-tune the firing point of the trigger to your personal preference. The TITAN allows for anything from a minute hair trigger to a long pull and everything in between!
For the ultimate accuracy upgrade a Lambda One 6.01 stainless steel inner barrel and R-Hop installation is highly recommended. Lambda barrels are made in Japan from cold forged SUS304 stainless steel and finished out to within 1 micron of straightness. They have a well-established track record of providing superior accuracy over stock barrels. R-Hopping is by far the best thing presently going for accuracy upgrades, and excels with heavyweight BB's.

LITERAL. GAME. CHANGER.
Dan is a true artisan when it comes to KWA's and knows more about the platform than probably anyone else out there. When I say this was a "game changer" I'm not lying. The range, accuracy, and most of all - responsiveness - is outstanding. I was always outrunning the stock trigger and locking up the gun when it was bone stock. I went for his recommendation for 13:1's and the 22 TPA motor setup as that matches my play style closest. It feels like a whole new gun in my hands and I'm in love all over again!

I don't normally write reviews, but I have to say the level of customer service from Tactical Parts is second to none. Dan (who I presume is the owner or the main tech?) takes the time to write detailed responses to every question posed and it's clear he really knows his stuff. Even the after sales support is awesome and it feels like they really care about making sure you're getting your money's worth. But I get the sense that he is also trying to educate you on what X and Y will do rather than try to pigeonhole you into something you don't necessarily understand and might not need. As for the tech work itself, I couldn't be happier with the quality of work and visibly noticeable improvements. The gun behave like a whole new beast now. I highly recommend Tactical Parts for all your KWA upgrades!
The Best!
With this upgrade, Dan has built what has become my favorite AEG ever! I would say to anyone looking at getting their KWA upgraded, this is your one stop shop. Get the ultimate upgrade package and don't look back. I am a HEAVY trigger spammer, and my stock configuration was always heating up and sometimes it would even lock up, which meant I had to disassemble the grip and trip the anti reversal latch to get it running again. Basically I was outrunning the gun. After getting it upgraded, it is literally a different animal now. I can personally confirm that the brushless motor does not heat up, period, and I can spam the trigger all day long without a single lock up or misstep. The range improvements are also amazing, and I am easily pushing a .32g BB past 250'. Overall, this is a solid setup, absolutely solid. To quote someone famous: "Don't let your dreams just be dreams. JUST DO IT!"
