Disclaimer: By accessing any of Tactical Parts services and products provided, you will have agreed, verified and acknowledged to all of our waivers and disclaimers below: You are at least 18 years of age. All sale transactions are final. Buyer assume full responsibility of all liabilities, damages, injuries, modifications done to products, buyer local laws, buyer local regulations, and ownership of Airsoft replicas. You will not hold Tactical Parts, its owners, affiliates or employees responsible for any legal actions, liabilities, damages, penalties, claims, or other obligations caused by your ownership of Airsoft replicas. Tactical Parts will not be responsible for injuries and damages caused by improper usage, user errors or stunts. Pricing, specification, and availability are subject to change without notice. Designated trademarks and brands are the property of their respective owners.

General Warranty Policies

All Airsoft guns, repairs, and upgraded Airsoft products sold or offered by Tactical Parts carry a 1 year warranty unless otherwise specified. The warranty period goes into effect from the day your package is delivered. All sales are final for all orders. Free repair services can be offered within 365 days if the buyer agrees to be responsible for full shipping expenses both ways and lost packages. It is the responsibility of the buyer to obtain shipping insurance when shipping a rifle to Tactical Parts for repair or warranty. Items that are sent for warranty or repair that are lost or damaged in transit and not insured by the customer are not covered by Tactical Parts warranty.

Our warranty covers replacement or repair of defective and/or damaged products only, as determined by the technician. Modifying, altering, or tampering with your replica will void all warranties.

Warranty voids when the product is abused, altered, disassembled in any way, showing any alteration or modification, or is past the 1 year warranty period, or has been worked on by another business or technician other than Tactical Parts.

All Airsoft guns sold and custom built by Tactical Parts requires the use of high grade Airsoft BBs. Use of any lower grade or lower weight BBs will cause extensive damage to your gun and void your warranty immediately. Tactical Parts recommends obtaining the highest quality BB’s possible of .20g or higher. Batteries and chargers that are packaged with electric rifles are considered for testing purposes only and not covered under warranty. Tactical Parts recommends the use of high quality batteries and smart chargers only.

Shipping, Shipping Damage & Returned Packages

Unless otherwise specified, shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Returned Shipments - Tactical Parts claims no responsibility for packages returned to us due to incorrectly provided addresses or due to failure to receive timely delivery of your shipment(s). It is the customers responsibility to compensate Tactical Parts for any orders returned to us and the shipping fees incurred.

Damaged Shipments - All items shipped by Tactical Parts are insured with the shipping carrier for the full value of the item. In the event of shipment damage, Tactical Parts will submit the insurance claim on behalf of the customer to the shipping carrier that was used. You must notify us within ten days of receiving your order for any damaged items. Damaged shipments are assessed on a case-by-case basis, and unless it is deemed a total loss, most damaged items can be repaired.

Tactical Parts assumes no liability, responsibility or warranty for items shipped to us by a customer that are damaged in shipment. We will assist you in seeking a damage claim through your shipping provider if you elect to pursue one.

Black Swan Dynamics and Tier 1 Gearbox Lifetime Free Labor Warranty

All Black Swan Dynamics branded products and Tier 1 Gearboxes (AEG and RM4 series) sold by Tactical Parts carry a Lifetime Free Labor Warranty in addition to the standard 1 year warranty. This warranty covers labor of damaged or defective parts only. It does not cover the replacement cost of damaged or defective parts. Replacement cost of damaged or defective parts is the responsibility of the buyer. Modifying, altering, or tampering with your replica will void all warranties. The warranty period goes into effect from the day your package is delivered. All sales are final for all US based orders.

Tactical Parts reserves the discretion to extend the Lifetime Free Labor Warranty to any customer.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Without exception, all products sold on Tactical Parts are non-refundable. This includes Black Swan Dynamics brand, Virtus Training Systems and Tier 1 Upgrade packages. All sales are final. Refunds may be granted in special circumstances: (if applicable) such as when the product is visibly damaged upon receipt or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error. For all other issues, general warranty policies will apply.

Exchanges may be made under case-by-case circumstances at the sole discretion of Tactical Parts. Any shipping costs incurred will be deducted from the final value of a refunded or exchanged product.

Unclaimed Items and Delinquent Payment Policy

Any item or Airsoft replica that is sent in for repair or inspection must be adequately identified by the owner to include a complete legal name, phone number and/or email address, and shipping address.

Tactical Parts will make every effort possible to contact the owner, but in cases where it is impossible to determine the owner of the item sent in, the item will be held for a maximum of 60 days, after which it is considered unclaimed and forfeit and it will be liquidated for sale.

All orders for any item, repaired Airsoft replica or custom build must be paid in full within 30 days of confirmation of completion or receipt of finalized invoice by Tactical Parts. Failure to pay within the payment window will result in the item being considered unclaimed and forfeit and it will be liquidated for sale to recoup any costs incurred.

Tactical Parts reserves the right to make special accommodations to extend the payment window, or facilitate payment plans, for emergency situations or specific circumstances outside the control of the buying party.
