The Black Swan Dynamics Katana series is now available with a Gate TITAN electronic trigger unit fitted. This offers the ultimate in end-user customization, with multiple firing modes available from burst to binary, pre-cocking, active brake, and the ability to fine tune and dial in your trigger sensitivity. Complimenting the TITAN is the installation of a MAXX CNC tuneable flat trigger, which allows you to set the amount of trigger overtravel after the firing point. With this combination, extremely short and rapid trigger pulls are a possibility!
On the internal side, the undefeated Angel Custom KRATOS piston and KWA gearset still makes up the heart of this gun. Improving the compression system is the next facet of the Tier 1 RM4, and this is enhanced with a new air nozzle featuring CNC construction and an o-ring mated to a Lonex double o-ring cylinder head for an air-tight seal.
New for the 2022 year is the installation of the Warhead brushless motor. This motor offers unrivaled performance, with a substantially lower amp draw than convention Neodymium motors. This results in significantly cooler operating termperature, and improvements in efficiency and the performance of your battery.
All newly constructed Katana's will now be equipped with the Ulysses Recoil Kit as standard. This is a massively robust CNC steel recoil weight that markedly improves felt recoil impulse. The Ulysses also features an adjustable spring guide allowing for fine tuning of the FPS output, much like KWA's venerable VPS system.
Finally, accuracy is improved by installing a precision-made Lambda One barrel; made in Japan from cold forged SUS304 steel and manufactured to within 1 micron of straightness. A laser cut R-Hop patch is fitted as standard, which is paired with a MAXX M4A CNC rotary hop up chamber. This hop up chabmer features a true top-down-center hop up arm for consistent even pressure. With a proper installation, an R-Hop will last indefinitely, making it an obviously superior choice for long term durability over traditional buckings and flat hop installations.

Beautiful Rifle
Simply one of the best shooting and handling KWA builds I've owned. I'm sending a .32g out to 275', and the recoil effect is discernibly more crisp and notable than my stock T10. The only thing I wish for would be a around a 10" carbine version as I generally prefer shorter guns. This version is equivalent in length to a standard M4, which admittedly isn't too unweildy. The Centurion rail also keeps the front end nimble too, so it points well. All in all, a fantastic bit of kit, and you can't beat Dan's customer service either!
