The legendary Black Swan Dynamics Katana from Tactical Parts is the only 100% hand tuned KWA RM4 package available ready to roll out of the box. With its kinetic feedback system, the RM4 is an amazing platform; but like many stock AEG's, it is far from perfect. Here at Tactical Parts, I have specialized in tuning and upgrading KWA RM4's since the inception of this platform and am constantly improving the end product. Every rifle is hand tuned and upgraded before going through a rigorous testing process that includes FPS measurements, compression testing, accuracy verification, and function testing.
All newly constructed Katana's will now be equipped with the Ulysses Recoil Kit as standard. This is a massively robust CNC steel recoil weight that markedly improves felt recoil impulse. The Ulysses also features an adjustable spring guide allowing for fine tuning of the FPS output, much like KWA's venerable VPS system.
On the internal side, the undefeated Angel Custom KRATOS and an upgraded 18.72:1 SHS gearset makes up the heart of this gun. Improving the compression system is the next facet of the Tier 1 RM4, and this is enhanced with a new air nozzle featuring CNC construction and an o-ring mated to a Lonex double o-ring cylinder head for an air-tight seal.
The Katana comes standard with the latest in motor technology - the Warhead 30K brushless motor. This motor offers unrivaled performance, with a substantially lower amperage draw than conventional Neodymium motors. This results in significantly cooler operating termperature, and improvements in efficiency and the performance of your battery.
A Gate WARFET MOSFET is hardwired in with 16 AWG low-resistance Alphawire. This setup also completely negates the risk of trigger contact burnout. The lower receiver is modified to accept the Krytac CMC licensed flat trigger, which helps reduce the felt overall trigger travel.
Finally, accuracy is improved by installing a precision-made Lambda One barrel; made in Japan from cold forged SUS304 steel and manufactured to within 1 micron of straightness. A handmade R-Hop patch is fitted as standard. With a proper installation, an R-Hop will last indefinitely, making it a superior choice for long term durability over traditional buckings and flat hop installations.

This has exceeded my expectations in every way! By FAR the best gun I have ever bought and well worth the money. It's an absolute tack driver and many on the receiving end can hardly believe this started out as a KWA. Everything is just taken to the next level: trigger response, ROF, a high quality rail system, nice trigger, even the freakin' flash hider is correctly timed! Will definitely be buying another build in the future!

I have no idea how to advertise how amazing this replica is, but I’m going to try.
KWA is a brand that has managed to garner a dedicated following–and for good reason, now imagine if you could push the boundaries for what is capable in a KWA. That is exactly what Dan has done; created absolute perfection. Clocking in around 390 fps, she was punching targets out to 225 feet (0.36g). This made me completely unreachable and the precise accuracy making the game unfair for anyone in the target of it. I’m a semi-only player, but ROF needs to be mentioned, this thing is a buzzsaw of bbs. Trigger response keeps me extremely competitive. The attention to detail and the performance of this build is hard to explain, but how does one explain perfection? Dan is known in the KWA world for having the best upgrade services, he should also be known for having the best custom guns. To anyone on the fence of buying, do it, you will not be disappointed.
