TOP Japan MP-40 AEG

Very rare TOP Japan MP-40 AEG. Full stamped steel receiver and magazine well, with a metal outer barrel and parts. Cosmetically, it's in very good condition with nothing cracked, dented or broken. The charging handle sits nice and rigid as Heinrich Vollmer intended, unlike the floppy ones on the AGM's, etc.

Internally, this is obviously a piece of Airsoft history and a veritable antique. Nothing is broken and the gearbox cycles 100%. The original wiring has been replaced with 16AWG AlphaWire EcoWire and a Deans plug. Velocity-wise, these tapped out at around 250 FPS per the owners manual and this is coming in slightly lower which is probably due to the age of the O-rings and the hopup bucking.

Given the unique proprietary design, low velocity, and rarity, this is not a gun you would want to skirmish with. It should be considered a display piece or for reenacting use where you are not planning on shooting.
